9' Crank Tilt Patio Market Umbrella - Black: Black Forest Green Review

This is a great looking umbrella, however there does not seem to be a way to make it tilt as the item description says. Therefore, its definitely over priced if we never are able to figure it out. We had a patio BBQ over the weekend and there wasnt one person out of 20 who could figure it out and there were no instructions with it upon arrival.
