I purchased this product and while the product itself is fine, Amazon only sent me half and then just "ran out".They didn't say anything but when I asked, they refunded half my money and now I have half a hottub pad which is useless.I have to go elsewhere to buy the other part.Click Here to see more reviews about: Handi-Pad, Spa Installation and Protector Pad, Gray
