I recently received this unit and was disappointed at the quality of the finish, materials, power cord and switch.The instructions were terrible and it wasn't easy to assemble using the instructions.I received two sets of bad photocopies that didn't agree with each other.

What I liked about the unit was the humidity tray and quality of light.I understand that this type of lighting can be expensive.However, I think the quality of the overall unit is important too and although I think this is OK, I don't think it's great for the price.

Channels on the bottom of the tray help direct water and keep it a safe distance from the flowers. For ease in draining excess water, a hole is built into the light box to accommodate the integrated hose and plug. Place this light box on a flat surface in your home and use the 6 foot cord to power the light.
