I really like the look of this furniture but had no idea that it is not stain resistant. The description states it is not even weather resistant so I guess that is my fault for not reading entirely. The cushion covers are EXTREMELY difficult to remove and even more difficult to replace. After leaving out in the rain and getting leaf droppings on them, I took covers off to clean.Put in washer because there was no spot cleaning that was going to clean these. It took 6 washings to get stains somewhat acceptable.Covers did not shrink in wash but are not as crisp looking.
Overall, I wish these were avail in another color. I will keep but unfortunately will be forced to watch the weather forecast each day when I leave the house. Also, I will cringe every time my 4 year old eats a popsicle nearby.
The one good thing is that the cushions are reversable so you can flip over to get another use out of them if they do get dirty.I will just have to be more carefull which is a pain for a patio set.
ABsolutely need back cushions.I bought 20inch pillows at frontgate outlet and a rectangular one for the chaise.Looks really pretty when clean.
